What is covered under our guarantee?
Our parts and workmanship are covered by our 12 month, 20,000km warranty which covers any faulty parts, or faults with our workmanship which includes the replacement of the faulty/damaged part or parts AND all of our labour and any consumables, oil, coolant etc that is required to undertake the repair.
We guarantee our diagnosis will be correct. If we misdiagnose you will not be charged for the repair. If we fit a part and it does not fix the problem you are having, we will remove that part and refit the original part where possible and then diagnose the fault correctly and give you an itemised and accurate quote for the repairs meaning you will only be charged for what you should have been initially.
We guarantee that we will stick to the price you have been quoted and never exceed this without your prior approval. We recommend and use only market leading brands such as Ryco, Wesfil, Valvoline, Bendix, NGK, Monroe and Exedy to ensure your vehicles reliability and that you get the best possible value for your money.
As a customer of Trade Mechanical, when you receive a fuel voucher or vouchers we may choose to give you twenty cents or twenty five cents per litre off your fuel as a one off and only up to a maximum of 50 litres once unless given a second voucher at a separate time by Trade Mechanical. All or any fuel vouchers can only be used once per customer. We may choose to give you a fuel voucher that is a fixed amount of value rather than twenty or twenty five cents per litre off per a fifty litre top up. For example you may receive a fuel voucher valued at $20 rather than twenty or twenty five cents per litre off.
The vouchers are good for one top up only so if you’re top up is less than fifty litres you may not be able to use the fuel voucher a second time.
